Can I change my order?

Yes, but keep in mind that orders can only be changed 24 hours from time of purchase.

What is your return policy?

Since we are a custom furniture company and furniture is made to order, once the 24 hour change period has passed, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. For the Home Line we have a 15 day return policy for manufacturer’s defects only.

Can I return an item to a store location?

How do I make a return?

We can only accept manufacturer’s defects, and you can email info@quatrine.com to begin the return process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Lead times are 4-6 weeks for the Home Line and 8-12 weeks for custom pieces, which does not include shipping time. An estimated time frame is not a guarantee, promise, contract or term of this sale, and Quatrine cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for special events, holidays, or as a term of this sale for any reason expressed or implied. Quatrine cannot provide any compensation, credit or additional discounts for orders running uncommonly long, up to and beyond 24 weeks.

My item arrived damaged

All items are inspected for quality control before they leave our manufacturing facility. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@quatrine.com so we may directly speak with the shipping company and take care of the situation.

I received an incomplete order

We are sorry to hear that. Please email info@quatrine.com so we can determine if the piece either didn’t go out, or was misplaced by shipping.

I received a wrong item

We are sorry to hear that. Please email info@quatrine.com so we can help resolve the issue.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can only be given if your order is outside of the projected delivery time.

What are the delivery options?

My home won't be ready at the time of delivery. Can you hold my items for me?

Yes, for a small warehousing fee.

Will I receive all of the items from my order at the same time?

If requested, yes.

Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery?

Yes, we will not leave items without a signature, and all items must be checked for any defects at the time of delivery.

Care instructions will be included with your order but you can always find them here on our website Quatrine.com.

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

We warrant to the original retail purchaser that Quatrine will repair or replace, at Quatrine’s option, any Merchandise which is found to be defective in workmanship for the time period set for below.

After 30 days of delivery of your custom merchandise you will be responsible for shipping and handling, both to Quatrine manufacturing and back to your home in the event of necessary repairs or replaces. This includes the time period provided for all warranties.

Are there any exclusions from warranties?

Fabric mills do not warrant their fabrics, therefore Quatrine does not warrant the fabrics. This is the industry standard. Fabric dye lots may vary considerably and the coloring of your Merchandise upon delivery may differ substantially from the sample you used to choose your fabric. Therefore, this warranty does not cover variations in color, as well as the color fastness or fading of the Merchandise. This warranty also does not cover any fabric provided by you or on your behalf for the manufacture of your Merchandise. There is no warranty of any kind given on Merchandise made with material or fabric you have provided. This warranty also does not cover Merchandise that is not cared for in accordance with the care instruction or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, or Merchandise that is burned, stained, soiled, wrinkled, snagged, pilled, or damaged by your children, pets, or yourself. This warranty also does not cover the effects of detergent on the Merchandise.

Are your pieces made in the USA?

All of our pieces are manufactured in the USA at our facility in Long Beach, CA.
