Terms of Delivery
Payment in full is due prior to delivery of your merchandise.Quatrine makes every effort to have the Merchandise available for you within twelve (12) weeks of receipt of your signed invoice. However, circumstances beyond Quatrine's control may cause delay in availability of your Merchandise. Merchandise taking more than 12 weeks will not be compensated in any way (monetarily or otherwise) for delay in delivery. You are financially responsible for pick up or delivery of the merchandise, which is not included in the price of the merchandise. If you are unable to accept delivery of the merchandise within one (I) month, you will be charged a storage fee for every month, or portion thereof, during which Quatrine, or its agents, retain possession of the Merchandise.
When your merchandise leaves Quatrine it is in perfect condition. You are responsible for inspecting your furniture at the time of delivery, and by signature, accept the Merchandise. Any damage to the Merchandise or your property needs to be reported to the delivery company and its agent IMMEDIATELY at the time of delivery. After the delivery company leaves your home we take the position that you have received your furniture in the same perfect condition it left our factory in. Quatrine is not responsible for damaged personal property or damaged, wrinkled or soiled merchandise. Delivery companies are not agents of Quatrine but independent contractors. As independent contractors they are responsible for the proper care and handling of your merchandise. They are contracted on your behalf and YOU HAVE THE CHOICE OF SELECTING YOUR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE. Quatrine does not make a profit or receive any compensation from the contracted delivery companies Quatrine works with.
Return Policy
Quatrine prides itself on creating a hand made product that is specifically and specially designed for each of our customer. For this reason all Quatrine merchandise can neither be returned nor exchanged in whole or in part, for any reason.
At the time of ordering, you will be asked to make a fifty (50%) percent deposit plus the total tax amount and delivery on the merchandise you have selected. This deposit is not refundable for any reason at any time. If possible, any changes in your order that are requested after receipt of the deposit by Quatrine will be deemed a new order. Your 12 week wait time will begin over from the time of your product change. Changes cannot be made once the order has been put into production.
Warranties
Quatrine is proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our merchandise and stands by the merchandise under the following terms and conditions:
Scope of Warranty: Quatrine warrants to the original retail purchaser that Quatrine will repair or replace, at Quatrine's discretion, any merchandise, which is found to be defective in WORKMANSHIP for the time period set forth below.

Any fabric provided by you or on your behalf for the manufacture of the merchandise. There is no warranty of any kind given on merchandise made with material or fabric you have provided. This warranty also does not cover merchandise that is not cared for in accordance with the care instructions or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, or Merchandise that is burned, stained, soiled, wrinkled, snagged, pilled, or damaged by your children, pets, or yourself. This warranty also does not cover the effects of detergent on the Merchandise. THIS IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO YOUR MERCHANDISE. ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR STATEMENTS REGARDING THE MERCHANDISE, WHETHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL, ARE HEREBY DEEMED NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT. Normal wear and tear and damage due to alteration of the Merchandise not done by Quatrine are also excluded from this warranty.
Exclusions from warranty coverage: Fabric mills do not warrant their fabrics; therefore Quatrine cannot and does not warrant the fabrics as this is the industry standard. Fabric dye lots may vary considerably and the coloring of your merchandise upon delivery may differ substantially from the sample you used to choose your fabric. Therefore, this warranty does not cover variations in color, as well as the color fastness or fading of the merchandise. This warranty also does not cover UNDER ANY CONDITIONS customers own fabric (also known as COM).
DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, ON THE MERCHANDISE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY WILL LAST, SO THE PRECEDING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY.
Limitation on remedies. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. QUATRINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY DAMAGES, SO THE PRECEDING LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE OR REMEDY FOR DAMAGE OR DEFECT CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
